Hello everyone. I finished the design of Sugar and Spice's profile. It is a very simple design because I want to focus on the contend. And I fail at drawing/art... Before I fill this thing with content, I want to know how the layout looks on different screens. Mine is very big with a resolution of 1920x1080. This is what it looks like:

Is it comfortable for you to read the content or are the scrollbars distracting? Can't wait to get to know what you think!

think it would look better if you centered the text. That's all the advice I have.

i think you should maybe make the main text div a little smaller height-wise because on a smaller screen, you can't view the whole thing at once so you have to scroll the page AND the div to see everything, and it gets a little tricky.

Thanks for the suggestion. Personally I don't like centered text, so I think I'll keep this like it is.

Hmpf, that's tricky. I hoped the scrollbars were no problem. If the text div is too small, it's hard to read the text fluently. I have to consider what to do. Thank you!

ooh ok this is just a random idea and you can completely ignore me if you don't like it, but what if you did two sections side by side. On the left has the pet image and info and links to the recipes, and on the right the recipes "pop up" when you click on the links? Coding-wise it would be a bit more complicated but it would solve the two scrollbars problem and could be really cute.

Well, basically it'd be almost what you have now but if you put them side by side instead of under each other you could get rid of the main scrollbar (I hope I'm making sense).

Overall the idea is really cute anyway. I want to try making some Alpenbrot now. :)

I love your idea! I tried to do this, but my coding skills are only on a beginners level. So I failed TT_TT I'll see if I can get some help. Still then it has to stay as it is.
