So, at the end of the month I am traveling for almost 24 hours from where I live now (Guam) back to the States to see my family for the first time in two years! Since I will be on the plane for so long, I am looking for relaxing music suggestions - preferably without any vocals because I find myself listening to the singing and not snoozing, but I'm open to just about anything :D

- Ooh, Guam. I would like to suggest a few of my favorites

Carlton Melton, they have a very cool sound, I have Photos of Photos and Out to Sea. They are lovely.

Mammatus - They are a bit wild and have a surf influence, check out The Coast Explodes and Mammatus

Watter I just heard about a year ago when I went to go see Om (Not instrumental but Om is a class of their own.) and fell in love. Very nice to drift. I have This World

Godspeed You! Black Emperor is interesting. I haven't gotten an album yet, but I've heard them on this radio station I stream called Stoned Meadow of Doom and have adored everything i have heard.

My Sleeping Karma is also interesting, another one I have been hearing on Stoned Meadow, very nice.

Causa Sui yep another one I have found on Stoned Meadow, WOW do I like them. Wow. Very very good.

Earth is a favorite I have heard for a long time off and on, and got to go see this May. Drift along with some heavy sounds. Great.

This Will Destroy You is rather heavier but I really enjoy them, I had never heard of them before until I saw them at a festival in May (Austin Psychefest presents Levitation) and was enthralled. Bit heavy though

This ought to be a good start !
