I'm trying to do shinwa's quest, but she keeps sending me to pete and he keeps asking me for the same item and gives me the Shinwas Bracelet Shard but she won't accept!

Edit: It also happened on carl's and cursed quests!

You didn't quickstock the bracelet piece before going to shinwa did you? I just did her quest with no problem.
