This isn't as bad as several months back when she was insisting I give her reading drive items (and I'm so happy ya'll fixed that lemme tell you).
All the same... 3 mil item seems funky to me, lol.
It is a newer item from the hustler and that is why it is expensive...there just aren't enough in the system yet. Not really a bug in this case.

I don't know if this is related, but lately Quentin's requests have been pretty offish?
I thought there was a cap for the cost of items he asks for?

While they occasionally ask for a REALLY expensive item, I find the overall number of quests I have to quit is no greater than with Pete, Carl, or the library quests. A 150K or more book is normal for 2 in 15 library quests, which I'll quit just as fast as a 3mil item from Cynthia. The percentage of overpriced items, regardless of how much it is overpriced by, seems to be about the same.
They aren't asking for RD items, so this isn't really a bug, just bad luck.
I think in that case (and in the OP's case) it is actually a case of someone selling these items REALLY cheap and knocking things out of whack for a while. I know it is the case for the OP now cause I had those on my wl and I sorted by price and it was supposedly the cheapest thing on my wl....which is not true. Like kbbob said...it is just bad luck.
I am going to close this up as not a bug.
