There are some items which can be made in the Genetech Lab, but are labeled at 150 or 175, rather than 165.

I know the Yunium Key can be obtained from the menagerie, so I can maybe understand it having a different rarity... I didn't include any of the restockable alloys or ores from the Sable Smithy, though it should be noted that Blood Alloy is listed as r165 but SubetaLodge implies it can be restocked.

This may be one of those things knows about but hasn't gotten around to doing because so many items need to have their rarities changed
