Why is it so hard to find someone to do a profile?

I am having a terrible time trying to find someone. I see posts of people asking for pet profiles, some even offering to pay in USD, and there are no replies. sigh
I need several done. I really like how the ones I do have are done, but the person who did them isn't on much at all anymore. I like simple. I would like to do a little more for my future ones, such as scrolling areas for text and maybe even pet spotlight areas..(wishful thinking, I know. But I can dream)
Please, I am willing to pay. I give the artist much creative freedom. And I am easy to work with.

Holy wow! Yes, those are all beautiful!! Simple, clean, but NICE! I LIKEY!! lol What would you charge for something like any of those? Give or take?

If you do one like your Riesen, can you vary the boxes and stuff? Different colors and designs, etc? Would you mind if I give you some links to some of mine that I like, just to give you a feel for the style I like?

Ok, here we go! :) This is one of the oldest profiles I have and it needs major updating. I want a whole new look for her.

Pet: Blanti
Images: nothing in particular
Text: I'd like her name somewhere, but block out the default name.. like right now, her name is on her profile twice... the default subeta name and then the bubble letters...
Colors: Pretty, soft, pastels.... matching/complimentary to the pet, please.
Sections: *I want her minion visible all the time.
*I'd like scrolling TC area. I want some of the TC to be visible at all times, not just on hover. I would like the fade look on TC items however. It helps hide the white boxes around every item. She has a large collection of TC items and I'm planning on adding more indefinitely... will your scrolling allow for that?
*Scrolling text area for a story.. I like Adelyn's story box.. with the pretty soft background for the text. And I LOVE the little pawprint detail on her scroll area! If you could incorporate that somewhere, if you don't mind. :)
*Is it possible to maintain a friend section... you can hide this and only display on hover..? If you can't keep it, that's fine.
*For the pet spotlight, is there a separate area to nominate them? Is that where the trophy goes if they ever win? I'd just like to keep that option open for the future, just in case. ;) Hover?: I think I covered that above. Any other info: Speaking of those ugly white boxes around everything, can you do anything about the ones around her picture and the minion? Maybe do the fade/hover effect on her and her minion as well, if you can't get rid of the white area?
If you have any questions, or something doesn't make sense to you, please let me know!! I'm super excited! Please try to think of a payment... at the very least, do you prefer sP or CSC? If I love it, I'd like to commission you to do several more, if you're up to it. :)

I should be able to make it work. I will let you know if I run into any problems/keep you updated. If you'd like I can send you a sample image when I'm finished, before I code it. At that time you could request any changes, if you feel any are necessary. ^^
As for payment, csc is preferred but I am willing to take sP as well. :)
