Would you try my inquisitor (2, 3, 4, 5)??

He's an elven rogue (uses 2 daggers) in the game dragon age inquisition and the green glow coming from his hand (as seen in one of the screen shots) only occurs in that hand (the left hand). He's generally grumpy as hell and you can simplify things if u need to.
