I'm in the market for a forum set, but need help with it. I have an image already(it just needs to be resized to fit) and I have a quote I want to use with it as well..my problem is, I can't art to save my life. the only art program I have on my comp is the paint that comes default with windows..and I can't code either. so I need some help here. I can only afford about 1mil though...thanks
