Wasn't sure if this should be in the items subforum or not so I hope I got it right.

It would be really nice to have the hover over item info in collections and books read.

At the moment I am trying to get all my pets to have read the same books and being able to account check or shop search while in one pets books read would be grand.

I'm trying to do the same thing and that would be really helpful.

I didn't know this wasn't possible in collections!

It's surprisingly not a thing in CW shop alerts either. Which makes it difficult if I get an event about some item, check the shop to see that it's sold out...and then I can't even find the name of the item or wishlist it from the alert to get the name.

Don't item hovers mean there's more on a page to load? As I recall hovers were removed from some pages because of this very problem.

I've got over 2,500 items in my plushie collection and it is HELL to load. I don't want hovers making this worse!

I can see this being useful, but PLEASE paginate collections before adding hovers!

Oh golly no. No support. Hovers do not need to be absolutely everywhere, assign a small portion of your wetware to remembering what you want or use Subetalodge's collection management tool. Or use Cntrl+F.

Hovers are already a bastard problem when you're fragging the hover slows you down and just plain gets in the way. They are also timesuckers while they load, and they're also site speed drainers. Totally not worth it.
