But ARGH ONE OF MY FAVOURITE BANDS EVER! This looks hella epic and I'm so excited!! Even more excited to find out that they're gonna be touring Australia as well, which is where I am! I've never seen them live and this is literally A DREAM COME TRUE <3

I know tour dates haven't been announced yet but I'm SO paranoid something shitty is gonna happen that'll prevent me from going. Like tickets selling out or something! I need to see them! ;(

Never been to a concert (cannot stand light shows or big crowds so concerts are a big no for me in general ;~; ) but I hope you will be able to go. And if you go - HAVE FUN AND ENJOY!

Aww alright, well at least concerts are on DVD nowadays so there's still a way for you to watch them in HD, from the comfort of your home :P

I must say I've only heard maybe.. 5 of their albums in full, with a smattering of songs across all the other albums, so for now I think Powerslave is my fav! Rime of the Ancient Mariner really was the deciding factor for that, I love that track so so much! And man, song-wise they just have so many great ones; some of my absolute favourites include Hallowed Be Thy Name, Fear of the Dark and Dance of Death! From looking at these, I guess I tend to love their longer songs, because the instrumentals are simply amazing! What about you? :) Also, how did you first get into them??

I think my favorite album is still "Seventh Son of a Seventh Son" but I have to admit that I also adore "The X Factor" with Blaze.

Fell in love with Maiden thanks to m-tv, way back when they still played music there, lol. They had a metal show on Tuesday evenings (at least that's how it was in my country) and I watched the show and they played "Run to the Hills" and I loved it. How about you?
