Hi there! I'd love to take him off your hands! As soon as I saw the name as a bunch of numbers, the first thing I thought of was making him into an 'experiement' character, like something that's lived in a lab for the majority of his life. I have a character that I'm probably going to use for it, too - he's going to be a sort of forest-y creature with nature type energy/magic, that maybe was being harvested to use as something (maybe an alternative to renewable energy? Haven't thought that far yet), but having numbers for a name would be perfect for him.
