I finally completed all 100 levels of Item Hunt minutes ago. I received the achievement for level 95 but not the final achievement and title for reaching 100.
This is what shows up when I return to Item Hunt.

Should I file a ticket or do I have to play one last time for the game to update? I'm confused.

You actually have to complete level 100 and get the swashbuckle. It says you are on level 100 not that you completed it.
Mine says "You are on level 101 out of 100"
