Improve site usabillity when accessing mobile site

I know there will never be an app, and that the mobile site is what we get. However, there are a few things that bug me:
- You can't switch tabs in the MC
- You can't open or view presents
- Can't view profiles of users or pets (not that big of an issue but I would at least like to view the add a friend button and text they write)
- Items tab in cash shop loads blank
- Posting on the forums random N's appear which break pings mostly
- Can't edit your posts
- Can't reply to comments but I can view them.
- My pets section loads blank perhaps it is because I have 19 pets/ most them are custom overlayed? Other people's annoyances:
- Can't quickstock because mobile doesn't play well with the dropdown header subcategories and will always go back to the main Shops page instead of the correct quickstock page
- You can't delete events. :x

On a bad day this means you&;ll see 15 buysellcw pings and not the notification that a cw was placed in your inventory (and then accidentally zap it for drama sake because you didn&;t know it was there) or you won&;t see "You have shop purchases in Yarr" and thus lose the only way to reach your shop.</li>
<li>Continue of 8.: those 15 events shown are at random. So if you skip over something and decide later on you want to see that event on your side bar again? Good luck refreshing and hoping you get to see it back.</li>
<li>Do trades fully work again? At some point I was unable to offer on trades/accept trades or seek trades.</li>
<li>Posting in forums and comments doesn&;t work for everyone.</li>
<li>Vending doesn&;t work</li>
<li>No quick links</li>
<li>No floating items</li>
<li>No "other quests" link</li>
<li>The desktop site crashes on certain phones/ipods when you zoom in.</li>

I know the mobile site is pretty basic but I would like to have what few options available to browse the site work. Let me know if anyone else gets similar issues or has other little annoyances.

and I will add those to the first post. Though I never thought to use mobile to quickstock.
Just wondering if you are able to buy from the token shop on the mobile site? I always seem to be too late to buy the items from there......is there any way to be notified when it restocks? Does the mobile site even show the news feed properly?

I have never visited the TC while on mobile so I wouldn't know. However there is no official way to be notified of a restock other than to join a ping group that alerts you, or joining a subeta facebook group to send a notification to your phone. In terms of the news feed I think it decent and shows everything but hovers do not work.

ugh yes! it's so annoying browsing on mobile. only thing I do is train my pets and get a TS restock when it's there
Hate the mobile site, I use the regular site on my phone to some success but comments and forums love to crash when typing.
I do switch to the desktop view when I need certain features but things are definitely easier to read on the mobile site for me. It is ugly for sure though with the poop brown color.
had a wonderful list from 2014 of basic features that are broken as well.

Oh man, I forgot there was a difference between the mobile site and using the desktop site ON a mobile.
I don't even attempt to use the mobile site because it's so difficult. I use the desktop site and that is still pretty non-functional in a lot of ways.

I always switch to desktop view. I hate the actual mobile version. I dont have much to say about it since I never use it. sorry :c I'll try using it and seeing what kinds of things I have problems with.
I only use the desktop version, not too fond of the mobile version setup.

I also always switch to desktop mode on my phone, since the mobile version is a nightmare to deal with and seems to only have half the functionality as the desktop version...

Yeah desktop mode lets you do more stuff but still not everything.
Dropdowns and links close together are torture.
