Can't do second extra Wizard quest

After having completed all my wiz quests for the day, I got the extra qiz quest buff once and did the extra quest. It says 11/10 quests completed. I just got the buff a second time, but it won't let me do the quest - when I go to the wizard, it says I have completed all my quests for the day. Is that a bug? Is it even supposed to be possible to get that buff twice a day?
Yeah, unfortunately even though the event may pop up for a second time during a day, they won't let us do a 17th quest (even though there seems to be some bug, when somebody randomly can after all). Very weird altogether.
I have been told in the past that it is rare to actually get the event the second time but they confirmed that you can only do one extra quest per day.
