I'm looking for a full blocker. Are there any at all for T3?

but it is only one use and you'll need to keep buying them. I think Rainbow Vortex and Shinwas Temple Shard are full blockers both at t4, and amulet of neutrality is t9 or something, so no I don't think t3 has any.
