I finally saw this event two or three days ago, but my avatar never changed. I thought maybe it was particularly slow-going, or that I would see it again, but no dice. I'm concerned that it may not pop up again because the system thinks I've already seen it.

I've had the same issue but I got that event now 5 days ago. Nothing has changed. :( I haven't seen the event again since then. I don't know if I should report it or just continue to wait. Was hoping for this to be a cool skin of some sort in the end. :(
