I cannot find anyway to unstick her. I usually can find a error message to show me how to get out. This time I do not see that anywhere. When I go to battle quests or the regular battle coliseum she is not shown as a choice in which pet to fight. All my other pets are tier 1 :/ .

, I am so stupid. It was because I forgot to heal her after a battle. She had no hit points so she could not fight. Thank for your help.
