Most schools and campuses have a student disabilities services office where people with problems like yours can either get assistance or even help getting diagnosed. I did the very same at mine to get properly diagnosed with my own learning disability, as well as let the school be made aware of it and do what they can to help you.

There's nothing wrong with having a disability and wanting help and consideration for it! Either look up student disabilities services for where you're going to school or talk to a campus nurse or counselor. They can help get you pointed in the right direction. You shouldn't have to hide something you have no control over or be afraid of holding you back.
