I could use some advice on mine weapon set I do not have much exp. in battleling , I have: Demonic blade Forj Tempered Kusarigama Forj Tempered Shield Hunters ring of stars KT ring Rainbow Quill Ruffie healy bones super shield

and could someone tell me what the inportance is of freezers/stealers and when to use them in batteling

freezers are very important, they're usually used on the first turn and they let you have your next attack against the opponent without having to worry about them using any attacks or defenses. stealers are only handy in a couple battles, more often it is more useful to "blast" your opponent's weapons with which turns one of their weapons into a weaker weapon at random (recycle blaster and soma tablets are the better ones of these) you can only have the recycle blaster and the soma tablets or the recycle blaster and the hand blaster equipped at the same time.

For your set, I'd suggest a phoenix quill and either or the two wands are in the MC, the reborn one is in season. at tier 6, you can create a genetech combo with the two wands and it will create which is probably the most useful t6 weapon.

for a freezer, you can probably get away with which is very cheap and has a high freeze % until you feel like getting a 100% freezer such as (I think gorgun is the cheapest 100% freezer)

thank you for your advice I heard a lot about Phoenix Quill would it be wise to buy it. and do you know a better shield to use. What would you switch in mine set for what.

shields don't really get much use honestly. I'm not sure if any are particularly useful in tier 5. if you need extra defense, your best route is probably through scrolls.
