Can't play new game

I have already done a hard refresh and cleared out my cache but the game still will not work for me. I click on play and then icons appear but the actual game does not. I am super bummed out because if this is necessary to advance in the plot I won't be able to. [IMG]http://i61.tinypic.com/ztjknc.jpg[/IMG]

Duh, I forgot to mention my browser. This is in Firefox.
Ok cause I know people were having trouble in Opera on the other game. Do you have any type of addon or adblocker that may be affecting it? (ps I have to travel for about 15 minutes, will take a look when I get to my destination)

My adblocker for subeta is only set up for the billboards. I don't see anything there on the game page. I can see the instructions though.
Have you tried another browser?

Chrome is very laggy loading subeta at all. When I return home I will try the new microsoft edge or whatever it is that replaced explorer.
I hope it works! I just tried it on FF on my computer and it works so I am not sure why it isn't working for you.

IT WORKED! Thankfully I only had to play it once. I refreshed it a ton of times, it did the same thing as above then I left it on f5 for a minute and when I took my finger off bam it showed up!
