This is my brat, Bowie. She turned six on the 1st, but she still thinks she's a kitten. And Normandy doesn't have fur, but she's my baby, too. I also have a tank of cichlids I've raised since they hatched, but this is the only shot I've ever gotten where all four have been in frame, and it's pretty blurry (they just move so dang fast! D=).

Oh my greatness! Aww they're soo cute!

Bowie is quite fluffy! I just want to put my face in his belly. I've never owned a snake before (My mother is afraid of them so we leave them out of the house lol)but he's super purtty! I've owned two turtles before and every time we got fish they ate them.. But yours are so fantastically colored amazing job raising them!!

Sorry your face is in there? But you're quite pretty! AND YOUR PUPPY IS SO FLUFFYYYYYYY!!!

I have two kittycats who are my babies - Holly and Emma. Holly's about 7 or 8 and she's a tiger kitty with all shades of brown and black stripes. I got her from a rescue group. Emma's about 5 and she's a grey and white tuxedo kitty with white paws. I adopted her from the local humane society. They're both really smart and adorable and I loves theeeeem.

Bow is all fur - she only weighs, like, six pounds. Regardless of my cleaning efforts, everything in my apartment is covered in a thin layer of grey cat fur - but she's totally worth it. =P

I never had any snakes when I lived with my folks; all were acquired after I moved out. I had a king snake (who passed away) and a ball python (who the ex got custody of); after those two I got Nor (who's a charcoal corn snake) about 5 years ago 'cause I just really missed having one.

I'm actually really proud of those fish, it's kinda silly. They're about 4" long each, but when I brought them home they only measured in at a couple millimetres. I used to work at a pet store, and we couldn't sell the babies our cichlids would sometimes have, so I'd end up taking 'em home with me. I had originally brought home seven or eight in total, but those four are the survivors (they're very aggressive fish). I also have some bottom feeders and an algae eater in the tank, too - but they tend to be even harder to get photos of. =P

Your pup is quite adorable, too! (I meant to mention that in my first post.) I've actually never owned a dog, but I hope to at some point (former roommates have had dogs, so I've lived with them, but it's not the same). I want to hold off on getting one until we have a suitable yard, since my tiny apartment is barely big enough for my husband and I. D=

Oh joy I love kitties!! :'D I have a Tortious Calico, but no picture so I'll have to get one to put up later :3 She about three now and at first when I got my Akita (at 3 months) My Cat (Tony) would attack him.. she didn't like him at all :/ but now there like the bees knees, :'D My little sister has an all black cat with a cork screwed tail and she's pretty much a mommas cat all away around but when she gets out of her domain (her room) she finds our dad and snuggles him . He has a mustache so she takes it upon herself to clean it up whenever she gets the chance.

:/ yah My face is there taking away from his mighty-ness :'D at least I don't look too bad lol. Thanks for the compliment!

EDIT:

Yeah, Cats with their spectacular attitudes! Tony (my tortious) brings me socks when I let her out... lots of socks. I find them on my bed sometimes, I go around the house asking everyone "you missing any socks, do these look familiar" lol. I should make a box for the lost and found lol. My family has two other dogs, corgi, and an Australian shepherded. And they absolutely love the men in the family you can see who they favor (and of course their both female)so I had a grand idea I need to get a male dog so he favors me :'D so I searched for puppies forever ;o; like 3 to 5 months looking for the perfect thing to adopt. And that's how I found Ridd'ick, he use to live in New Mexico, so I took my family on an adventure past the grand Canyon to get him <3 The breeders were fantastic, took us about five days to get him and get back home. So worth it though. I remember how anxious I was to finally seeing him in person... I couldn't sleep longer then four hours </3 it was getting pretty bad, but the night I finally had him I was sleeping forever! lmao

This is my Charlie. I got him from an animal shelter 2 years ago. He'd been there for a while and was really close to getting put down, adoption fee waived and everything.

Nala is my little girl. I've only had her for a few months, and she has a fair amount of training left, but I love her anyways.

Bowie loves stealing socks, too! She'll eventually deliver them to my feet covered in months worth of dust. I have NO IDEA where she hides them - it's a small apartment, there can't be that many hiding spots! D=

It's funny you mentioned the whole genders/preferences thing, 'cause she LOVES my husband (and he loves her just as much). Like, she's been with me since before I even met him, but now it kinda feels like I've been replaced. D= But seriously, I was really happy to discover just how well they get on; I was a package deal, so it's a good thing they love each other so dang much. XD

Here's Toni as a kitten; it's so hard finding pictures of her, gotta get that changed C:

Whoa close call there! :O So glad you were able to save him!! Waived and everything? wow he was so meant to be with you! <3 Yah I bet, My boy looks like a bear so I've been taking him to Obedience classes so I can control the big guy, he's a gentle giant, but he's protective too so I don't want someone rubbing wrong on him and him lashing out on a stranger :/ got to put him in his place so everyone's safe lol <3

:D A fellow sock thief! I've asked a few of my friends if their cats do the same thing, but they all say no :O I'm glad I found another I thought she was so weird with her sock fetish. Oh wow she abandoned you for him, how rude! lol :P But it's so true, the corgi I mention in my last post was originally a pound puppy that I went and saved five years ago and she was suppose to be my dog... however my brother stole her love :/ oh well.. I got an even better dog :'D! just took me a while before getting my dad to agree on it, he said "no more animals in the house >:{O!", So I waited a few years before mentioning I wanted a dog for myself and then I got the puppy fever when I hit 20 that's about when I convinced him. :3 I'm good when I want to be. Yah I totally agree, if my animals aren't accepted then he's not accepted lol <3 My pets are like family I take Ridd'ick with me everywhere.

:'D I just uploaded Rid'ick all by himself, yay!!

Oliver is my youngest cat. And he is a loud little asshole, but I do love him dearly. He's 6 and we rescued him after someone had dumped him when he was a kitten outside the dorms where I went to college (thankfully it was an agricultural-esque one, so it wasn't like we were in the middle of the city). It took five of us to chase him out of the bush where he was hiding, but now he lives happily here with me.

Cleo is our other cat and she's still going strong at 17. We mostly call her granny, and all she really does it eat and sleep, but we love her just the same.

We had Belle as well, but unfortunately she passed away in November. I've got her pawprint and her name tattoo'd in pretty script on my right forearm to remember her by though. :)

Oh wow!! 0.0~ They're all so beautiful! I'm sorry about Belle, I can tell you loved her though! <3 Which is all we pet owners can do in their short life's. And oh boy talk about old lady; Cleo has definitely lived a very long life and still going to boot!! Fantastic job on caretaking!! :3 I'm impressed with your guy's determination to get the little guy! Now he's in a loving home where he can get fat and be a butthead, hahaha love it! <3 I hope you have many more memories with Cleo as long as she lives! I can only hope my Toni lives a long healthy life just like her.

Yeah, she was definitely my baby. Fortunately, she didn't suffer despite her rather quick decline, and that's all I could have really asked for her.

I hope that for you too! Cleo has definitely been a tough cookie, and I hope she's still got a few good years left in her! But yeah, we were bound and determined to get Oliver out of that bush. We were all animal health tech students, so naturally we couldn't just leave him. He had a great time out at the college, haha! All the teachers kept stealing him to hang out with them in their offices.

Also I love Akitas! They're such big goofs. I used to work in a dog daycare and we had one named Kuma (which means bear in Japanese, appropriate imo), and he was large and rambunctious, but such a good dog and always played so well with everyone.

I've had Mika since she was three weeks old. My old job has a feral cat colony living there. My friend found kittens and we scooped them up before momma cat came back. (Some people might get mad at me for this, but they haven't seen kittens that didn't make it. It always really upset me) Her two brothers found homes. Mika was never really supposed to stay with with me. She is the only cat that has ever liked me. She bosses my mom's big tuxedo cat around. She eats first not him. She'll swat at him if he tries.

Mittens(the tuxedo kitty) is my mom's baby. He only hangs out with me during the summer for the air conditioning. He is very lazy and won't go after toys unless they are right near him. Someone dumped him on the street and moved away.(found bag of catfood and litter in dumpter a few days before) I had to convince my mom to let him in the apartment when he was crying on apartment steps.(at the time we had Kitty who was 17 and didn't care for other cats) He acted like you might hit him and was terrified of men for a while. We think it was a man who abused him. He's a happier kitty now. He only has to put up with Mika now.

My ferrets Abby,Ella, and Baby. I sadly don't have pictures of them. They are like two year old children that have been given caffeine. Ella is our snuggle bug. She mothers everything and gets upset if you you squeak one of her babies that have one. She then grooms the stuffed animal. If I pretend to cry she'll groom me too. Abby beats up the stuffed animals instead. She does not like Baby and kicked Ella out for showing dominance over Baby. So I had to make my two story ferret cage into two cages. Abby was very playful in her day. She loves cheese flavored products. Cheese puffs are her favorite. She doesn't get them often as ferrets are absolute carnivores and can't digest such things. Baby is a lot younger than Abby and Ella. She is a ball of energy and forever wants to play. She likes feet and will try and bite if your not paying attention. Its not a hard bite but it is very annoying. She loves water and will play in it as long as she can walk in it. She keeps Ella active at her age. Baby is also a big crybaby. She can dish out play fighting but can't take it.

This was the first day in my backyard with Riddi'ck Coffeezombie.ss is my name on Instagram.

Oh god, that is so cool, puts a smile on my face. Your teachers are hilarious! Definitely a goofball, for sure :'D Riddi'ck still runs like a puppy stiff legs galloping up to you slobbering face of happiness, lol. He's getting taller and not running much like a puppy now, but from time to time you can still see the awkwardness and it's soo cute!

Oh my Cuteness!! I love calico cats, I use to have one when I was young D": like 10-ish her name was Cookie, but my little sis wanted her belly too much and got her face cut up, so our parents got rid of her >> totally blaming her for it too! lol. And tuxedo kitties are so suave, I had a grey one, her name was Sugar we kept her for a long time. If you haven't noticed yet I've had many cats in my life lol... my dad started giving them dog food names, like sushi, Tartar, I think we had two named dog food actually... so bad :/. We owned a very old lab, Vincent, who had the thirst for cats... So we tended to keep our cats indoors, but on occasion if they got outside it was the end for them, my dad tried to scare him with loud noises and then tried hitting him away from the cats, but no juice he never learned. Oh well, he died like a year later and by that time we were pretty much fed up with the whole exchange so we didn't get any more animals, except for a fish tank when I was in sixth grade (12) I took a trip into LA to China Town and got two red eared baby turtles for six dollars :'D I was so happy to show them off to my dad so we got to keep them for about eight years, (we also moved when I was ten, about the time Vincent died) Then two years later my older sister snuck in a free pup she was given next to BestBuy that's when we had our Australian mix, Meeka, we were a one dog only family for a long time, until my mom went and got love birds >> so cute, but so annoying...right next to my room too -kill me now-. I started wanting another dog when I hit sophomore year in high school, so I went and convinced my dad and saved my corgi, Kronos, from the pound we've had her now for about five years... and the time line grew soo long, until the office my dad works at found kittens :D That's when I got Toni and that was like summer vacation going into my senior year so she's around three now. :'D My history of the many animals in my life.. lol I got Riddi'ck this year in April so yup that sums it up pretty much <3

come see my babies! xD

I have two hamsters. They are brother and sister. The male was left over from the litter because my boss didn't have room for him. They are both 1 year and 7 months old. Hamsters generally live until the are 2 years old, sometimes a few months longer. I've had tons of hamsters over the past 4 years.

I also have a lovebird. He's a hybrid. Peach Faced Male x I don't remember what the female was. Buddy's colours are a little muted on his face. I adopted him. He's around 5-6 years old.

Here's Sable and Buddy She's paying him back since Buddy was eating out of her food dish.

Here's Little Dude and Buddy Poor LD, he doesn't like Buddy because he's loud. Little Dude HATES noises.

Cichlids! I have fishies too. I have two guppies left in my 10G. I'm going to empty out the tank so Buddy can have a stand for his cage (his cage is way too small for a lovebird, but he's been in it for 5-6 years).

I have a 25G that's missing two parts: heater and a filter. I was planning on transferring my current water over, but what's the point when I don't have money to buy more fish and the two parts I need for it?

C': Oh how precious they are o.0' Their all just soo cute together!! I've never had hamsters in the house, but my sister had rats and bunnies, but I've also been to many pet stores that carry them, so kind of know how they are. lol. My mom had two love birds we rarely ever let them out of their cage, and the female would lay empty eggs, but when we did let them out they would fly all over the house and start singing to each other. If they got too far from one another they would get super loud...and super annoying D : but they were still cute, my dad loved hearing them in the mornings. I just want to snuggle your fuzz balls their just so adorable!
