While the link has been removed from the sidebar and Rosemary Kelly isn't shown anymore in Peka Park the link at the position she was in was still there for me and I could accept another quest and find a new bird. It is probably not supposed to be that way, is it?

She is a permanent daily. She was only removed from the sidebar because she is not the newest happening.

[edit] And she is only not on the map right now because it is night.

but her quest isn't supposed to work at night, right? Her position on the map, though, still links to her quest, she's a ghost So the plot is solved. IT WAS ROSEMARY KELLY
