Hello,

I've been absent from the site for about a year, and came back to find that nearly my entire wardrobe is missing! I've got a few items, and everything that I've added today has showed up. However, nothing else seems to show up in beta or the original wardrobe.

I should have over 100 items in my wardrobe, so this is pretty distressing. I've tried looking through drawers, I've tried using both Chrome and Firefox. I cleared my cookies & cache about 5 times and then restarting my computer. All add-ons are disabled. I use AVG Antivirus and my computer is operating on Windows 7.

Would someone please look into this for me? I've been with Subeta for over 8 years and I want my wardrobe back. :(

do you think it's possible you might have been hacked? i would recommend filing a ticket and letting a UA know about this, see if they can't figure out what's going on.

It could be, but I doubt that it's the case. I still have all of my SP, my pets, their minions, my shop items and treasure chest items.

Thank you for the suggestion though! If someone isn't able to help me figure this out, I'll give that a shot.

Have you tried searching for any item you can remember in the Account Search? It at least confirms if you still have the items. If that's the case I believe that filling a ticket to remove them from the wardrobe should solve the problem.

Your achievement says you only have 12 items though? Unless you never updated it for the new system, then disregard. But if you are basing this on the achievement, it will tell you that you have 100 items in your wardrobe no matter how what tier you hit.

I was basing it off the achievement, so that makes sense. However only 12 items are showing up, and I know I had more than that. I don't remember what all the items were or anything, I just remember I had a lot of random stuff in there and now I don't. I had retired Symphony Nacht items, Eddie Bell items, etc. I've always been a casual user and like I said, I hadn't logged on in over a year and can't really remember the exact item names.

I'll try that but I really don't remember exactly what was in there. I've bought and sold and moved a lot around over the course of my 8 years on the site and I haven't logged on in quite a while.

Are you sure you didn't clear it out intending to quit or something? I don't know what else to tell you though, I'm sorry :c I hope you get it worked out

Thank you! I never intended on quitting, but I may have cleared it out and forgot about it. I've only added 2 items to it though so I don't understand why I would leave 10 of the most random items in there. xD
