Hey guys I'm looking to buy a Phoenix Quill. I want to pay lower than shop prices so I was thinking like 7mil.

they are in the Millionaire Center for 8 mil, I doubt you'll find them much lower than that.

Yeah that's what I meant by "shop prices". Just in case there was anybody looking to sell before I buy.
