My skin and some of the clothes I'm wearing look grayed out to me, but everything's fine when I go to check my wardrobe. Is this something I'm wearing or some curse/event I don't know about?

You are not the only one experiencing this - I have the same problem. My avatar looks fine in the wardrobe preview, but otherwise appears to be partially grayed out on other areas of the site. I asked around and my friends' avatars all appear to be fine. I am also seeking answers.

It's apparently part of the plot that's coming up -- if you get an Random Event with the as the icon that says something about "feeling tired" or whatever, you get the grey effect on your HA. We're not sure what it actually means yet, but that's apparently the cause.

Oh, thank you! I do remember getting a strange RE last night, but I went to bed right after that so I didn't make any connections between the RE and the change which I just noticed this morning.

lol I was about to ask what people were using to get this effect...I like it but it would be startling to have it suddenly appear! I guess this is what Keith was talking about on Twitter when he said people were finding "spooky" things happening on site...

Ah!! That explains why I'm grey too!!! I got the RE yesterday :)
