Hello.

Using the latest version of Firefox on a Mac.

Done a hard reset multiple times, cleared cache and cookies as well. Still having issues.

One issue, I have my eyes set a red on 'dee', however on my HA I am getting a different color and the cache eyes. No matter what other eyes I change it to it doesn't change.

Also, some items while all have loaded in my wardrobe when I select it to apply it just has an empty box around my HA instead of the item showing.

Help would be much appreciated!

I'm having similar issues except it's more along the lines of my eyes refuse to disappear. It defaults to visible eyes when I don't want that. Plus the mouth does a ':D' when it's supposed to be enamored (a ':|' ). I'm using Windows 7 and Opera and haven't had issues beforehand.

I like using the Beta Wardrobe and not the old wardrobe and I hope the issue gets fixed.

I'm also having the same problem with my eyes. I want mine to be blue (and they used to be I think) but can't change them from red no matter what I do. :(

Hey there, I actually had a similar thing happen to my HA. For some reason, it was showing my sad face instead of my neutral face (although it was checked neutral). I also couldn't load the "Avatar" link.

I just reset my avatar to default settings. However, I still cannot access my "Avatar" link. This link click.

The reason I keep trying to go to the "Avatar" link is because I believe that's the only way to change my mouth... The new beta wardrobe doesn't seem to have a way to change what mouth you use. Now my mouth is stuck on default and I can't seem to change it back.

Is there a normal fix for this? o.o

I'm having the same problem as above; I clicked the repair button but my HA expression is still stuck like this and I can't access the avatar part of the wardrobe. I managed to change the eyes through the beta wardrobe, but I can't change my mouth or nose. :c

I am having this issue and more The wardrobe won't load for me either, I clicked the reset link but when I went to change my eyes my base layer no longer appeared, I can't tell if any changes are taking effect, on hover over my name it doesn't seem like anything changed

TL;DR The reset link didn't seem to work for me

im having issues with my avatar now too. i got the event RE and now my avatars not showing up on the sidebar (broken image :( ) and my base doesnt show up in the beta wardrobe (it does in the old one, but saving it there doesnt fix it. ) edit: aaaaaand now its fixed? alright then. that sure was strange!

My cache eyes don't seem to want to show up :/

I'm having the same problem with eyes. My eyes are supposed to be the big, lashy ones. Instead I have these standard androgynous ones. I can't look up the name of either as my "Avatar" section of the wardrobe won't load.

When I'm in the wardrobe, it shows the right eyes. The same for the beta wardrobe. But the rest of the site shows me with these narrower eyes.

I'm using Google Chrome on Windows 7. This issue has gone on over a week.

I have the same problem with my nose. The thing is, the "avatar"-section in the old wardrobe does not load. At all. Tried both Chrome and Firefox now (newest versions). I really want to change my nose..

I'm trying to change my mouth, I've used the reset link above, and it's still not loading.

I've been having the same problem. Mine defaulted (but that link worked) and I also don't know how to even think about changing my mouth or nose :(

Has a solution to changing nose and mouth been given?

I don't see one here and it is very annoying not being able to change them.

I had this problem too - I reset my av and it defaulted to a crazy nose and mouth.

But if you've got access to the Wardrobe V3 wardrobe link you can still go in and resave there to get the mouth and nose you want.

For folks without a gold account/access to the V3 wardrobe, I don't know if there's a solution.

I really hate the nose my HA has at the moment and I really want to change it and it really sucks that I can't seem to change it as beta wardrobe is not loading noses/mouths and old wardrobe is not even loading the avatar base section.... Honestly subeta it's like you don't want me to continue using the site, my account has so many bugs and every time I try to get it fixed I have to go a really long way round to getting it fixed. (but that's getting off topic so I'll sush about that) It is becoming really frustrating to use the site and I don't feel comfortable anymore spending my money (sp or real) on getting a gold account just to fix my HAs nose.

I would very much like to change my nose :( It shows up right in the wardrobe, so I build a face around it, but is all wrong in the main site, which makes my avatars look kinda odd sometimes...
