Now that we're all about to have dozens of pets, can we please please please paginate the Pets Page?

10 pets per page would be awesome. Especially if, based on the suggestions of others, we had an option to turn it on and off. If you have 11 pets it would be more trouble than help, but if you have 40 it would be great.

I personally have noticed a fairly significant change in lag when loading the page just by going from 20 pets to 21 pets. I simply can not imagine the horror of loading that page with 50 pets.

*I'm editing to add that it's not just the issue of load time, but the scrolling. I actively work on TCs and stuff for all of my pets, so I'm scrolling up and down the page a lot. And I still constantly have that problem of the bottom of Subeta losing the bg image, so it just looks really weird and is hard to work with.

PLEASE. This should not be too hard to do. Pleeeeeeeease.

Yeah I feel bad for people with more pets than I have. I have 6, so it won't affect me, but I can imagine it being an awful page to go to with 40 pets.

Sure. I have 30 something and it takes a noticeable while.

I'd prefer an option to paginate or not. I'd prefer to not, but I'd see how it would be easier/beneficial for folks with a lot of pets.

I'd also like a choice. This would be helpful for people with a lot of pets but I only have 14 pets, I think it would be annoying to me, having to go to the second page just for four pets.

edit: or worse if it were 10 per page and someone had 11 pets... If I had 11 I'd definitely be annoyed having to go to page 2 for a single pet.

yeah, i get the loading icon for awhile before anything happen. i like the idea of selecting how many pets to display!

I would really like an option; since staff has said they're against adding toggles, maybe start with loading your top 10 pets and then options at the top to load 10/20/all/whatever per page? I wouldn't mind having to click that extra button to load all my pets at once if I'm already planning to sit and wait for the page to load

I want an option, because I am probably going to go to 12 per page

My 41 take around 20-30 seconds to load and my internet is pretty good = and that's during a quiet period when no one else is putting and load on it. I'd very much like pages.

I have 18 pets and they won't even fit the page. It's annoyingly stretched.

If this happens, please make it optional. I get the appeal of it, my browser always takes half a minute or so to load that page too, but the thought of having to constantly flip through pages-- and wait for them all to individually load, which probably would make this pointless- kinda makes me want to internally cry.

I know who's at the top of my list (battle pets) and at the bottom (mlps) but the other 40 some odd pets are a total gamble and flipping through those pages to find what I'm looking for = would in all probability make working on pets utterly unappealing. Not to mention, the lag of waiting all the pages to load.

I'd rather prefer to see the pet page reworked to literally just have the pet + basic info (name, gender, species, color, idk.. hunger and stuff probably) and a link to "more options". Less to load should = less lag?

I have almost 40 pets and it doesn't take too much time to load for me. So I'd really love if this was an option since I can see why people would prefer to have pages, but I'd hate to have to switch around pages to look for the pet I want vs f3 and typing their name.

I would be okay with this, especially if we can choose the number of pets that appear. Or even some way to sort pets like the wishlist or something... so I could have a page for "completed pets" and one for "in progress" or something. I only have 25 pets, so this isn't horrible the way it is, but since it is broken (the page stretches too much), fixing the page in SOME way would be nice.

I'd probably split mine up as well. I have 41 slots, loading is hell.

God yes, please! The Pets page freezes my computer for 10-15 seconds every time.

With my FORTY-SIX pets my complaints aren't so much with the loading, but with the... scrolling involved. With the boxes being so huge and only 2 of them to a row, it takes forever to locate someone sometimes. I know I can do ctrl+F and whatnot but it's just... annoying.

And then the drop-down for all the options is usually so huge that I have to click on it, THEN SCROLL DOWN MORE... 8|

I'm not a fan of pages but oh god do I want some tweaks to the pet page.

I really like 's idea of being able to sort pets into categories (kind of like drawers for the wardrobe).

If that proves too difficult though, regular pagination would be great! I only have 16 pets, so it's not too bad for me, but I can see how the current pet page would be frustrating for those with 40+ (and it seems like more and more users are heading towards having 40+ pets).

Yes, give us a choice whether to toggle it on or off and how many to put on each page. I hate things being on pages but if it's something people want I have no issue, as long as I can personally turn it off.
