I started working on a new outfit yesterday and I would love to have a second opinion!

I'm mostly having trouble with the shoes and sleeved and also whether or not to use the chain belt

I vote first outfit with the chain belt :3

I like the second one without the chain belt. The belt makes the mid section look too busy. I would try adding the dainty pearl anklet and maybe some pearls on your arms like this:
