Well we have a nightmare color so why not to have the opposite color Sweetdreams? unlike the nightmare color, the pets this time would be with a lovely sleepy face, simply cute and dreamy! with violet/pink/white clouds instead of the black mist-

and some kind of mythical good creatures like fairies or a moon/stars with a smile..

I do like the idea for a color, in all honesty, it sounds very cute and serene. But it would definitely have to be a redraw because some of the nightmare poses just would not work for a serene pet

I think it's that's always advocating a fairy color. Not all fairies are nice, but this could work well for a few that could be c: Because I really really like the fairy idea and this is a really nice color scheme

i don't see how it would work to put them in the same position; nightmare pets are intentionally posed to look scary/menacing/threatening, and changing just the color and expression would just look… really half-assed. i will say i do like the idea of a color with lots of pastels, and a dreamy type of color could be interesting, but it would have to be different enough from angelic because a lot of those pets have a similar theme to what you're describing, both color-wise and expression-wise—sweet, dreamy, cute, lovely… maybe minus the sleepiness.

Ugghh I hate the idea of more recolors like blacklight was. It's so boring (and kind of lazy imo sorry). I am still on board for an ethereal color opposite to Nightmare though!

And indeed it have to be very different from the Angelic.. but it can also be used for a method to get the potion, a genetic combo between nightmare and angelic potions.

but I think that a Genetech combo between a Token Shop and a Cash Shop potions wouldn't... become way too OP? It should be more, let's say, more obtainable. Compared to the Angelic Potion, this new one would become pie in the sky if it was a Genetech combo between these two potions. I believe we can find less useful items that can match this theme into a combo without becoming a new Sandreaver. IMO one of the items could be Dawn or Twilight Potion.

It sounds like this might be something the staff would consider like a secondary color option

Agree with , they look like they're hibernating I think the Sweetdreams would look a bit less badass and more like "Sweet"dreams. I frame them as really light pastel tones, with a sleepy face. I don't actually see them with pajamas, but they fit well too. Maybe clouds around them would be cool to see.

Genentech combo of Dusk Potion + Dawn Potion + something sleep-related like a nightcap or bed or pajamas or something?

yesss there really needs to be a soft rainbow pastel pet color out there and this would so so cool! If they could be kept distinct from angelic or galaxy this would be an amazing thing to add

I think this would be good to have if it was different from angelic. I like the idea of the fairy aspect. Fairy wings instead of fluffy feathers and little moons and stars and clouds or something? I'm not sure I'd have a use for one but I like the idea of the art.

yesss a fairy theme would be perfect! In my mind Pokemon like Cresselia, Jirachi, and Sylveon could be used as fairly good reference points of what this color might be like

UGH I WANT THIS TO BE A THING... I just got done saying in another suggestion thread one of my pets would need the thing to happen, BUT THIS, MY PET NEEEEEEDS THIS TO HAPPEN!!! (it won't hurt that I spent so much making him nostalgic, no it won't hurt at all, I'm not crYING)

Thing is, I totally imagine the color palettes to be exactly like Angelic and right now I feel more strongly towards supporting palettes we don't really have...← I mean sure, there's more than just purple, pink and blue pastels to convey the dreamy feel, but those would fit my pet, I'm being BIASED, SORRY.

Maybe if this color was obtained from a quest, there would be a way for you to purify your Nightmare pet and the miasma/aura/wisps/what have you, would turn into nice fluffy clouds for the pets to laze on. It'd become a contrast to Storm as well, which is neat too imo. Support the diversity of our fellow clouds, thank you.

Going further down my thought process, now I think this would look good with SUNSET based pastel colors. Maybe light oranges, pinks, and purples? I think I have my bias running high again because I've been working with those colors recently and I'm just in love with coloring sunset clouds. Help.

As for the poses/expressions, I think it's fairly easy to make something that's different. Glacier pets are sleepy, but definitely in the "I'm trying to hibernate, so BUZZ OFF" kind of sleepy, lol. They're so irritated, but our dreamy pets are more gentle. They don't have to be all cheery like Angelic, but more at peace. PLUS some pets might benefit from taking on a sleeping posture, like the Feli? CURLED UP SLEEPING KITTY?? All of the internet points.

hmmm i like where you're going with this… pretty sunset oranges and pinks and purples, sleepy peaceful expression… might be on to something. actually, i was thinking a while back that i'd like to see pets with actual dusk and dawn color schemes: orange/pink/purple/blue for dusk, and gold/green/blue/purple for dawn. but then, dusk actually has two distinct color schemes, really: the richer, deeper oranges and violets, and the lighter, more pastel blues and pinks and lilacs. so then it's like, which one would you use? could it potentially be split up into evening and sunset? would the lighter color scheme be too close to angelic? idk, anyway here are some images:

Oddly enough, I'd actually be for a more ethereal color that isn't heaven based like angelic is.

If only because I just realized that color wise that would fit Bedtime and angelic as a color option doesn't quite fit him as much as I would like.

Sweet Dreams would be my most favorite color, what described is my FAVORITE aesthetic. I dont think it would be too close to angelic at all ? Im thinking of glow in the dark stars, soft pinks and lavenders, not halos and wings. Little clouds and stars, would be so precious and lovely.
