Have the number of quests you can do from her related to how much you have on hand.
15 quests with a GA/ 10 quests without a GA - 0 to 2.5M 10 quests with a GA / 5 (or 6) quests without a GA - 2.51M to 5M 5 quests with a GA / 3 quests without a GA - 5.01M to 10M
That way, that's removing the wage between Sarah and Saggi, while still leaving her more designed for newbies than for the average player, but without letting the average player locked from doing her quests. A lot of people never did them when they were newbies, so they're losing on these achievements.
Bring the rewards back to how they were before.
However, increase the minimum SP one must have to do her quests from 750K to 10M SP
He's supposed to be well-paying? He's supposed to be for the wealthy. Make him actually for the wealthy, because 750K is a joke. If you really want to have profits around 250K-300K for a non-weekend quest, he should be a lot more exclusive than he is right now. 750K was a nice ceiling in 2006, but now, it's not really a representation of being for the wealthy and the elite.
Also, having him start at 10M and Sarah stop at 10M makes sure that everyone can do one or the other in a given day.
Having the number of quests related to how much you have on hand just seems like it could lead to people sending their sP to a friend so they can do more quests.

I keep pretty much nothing on hand at all times anyways so Sarah is good for me. I agree that many users never took part in her quests for the achievements when they first started - I am one of those users.
Would it be possible to raise 10mil to even more? Saggi is supposed to be really exclusive right?

People already do that with the system in place. That's pretty much how most people got the achievements in the first place, by sending SP back and forth
Sarah's quests should be limited by account age instead to avoid this. If we really want to take care of excess sP going out, let's prevent double dipping. The achievements are not necessary, they have no prizes as far as I know. Staff could give us a warning ahead of time so if people really care so much about achievements but not enough to have done them already, they could get a few out of the way.
Likewise, there are people who created an account 2 or 3 years ago, barely played and left, People that are def. newbies, but if we locked that behind account age, they wouldn't be able to do them.
The millions that go out through Saggi are more toxic than the 200K one would make with Sarah anyway
that's why there are other quests. people can still profit from those.
I think that all this sP going out is not an issue to the majority of users anyway. prices are somewhat stable, and with certain items on the site that are 750 mil or 3.5 bil, making sP even harder to get without adjusting those prices doesn't make too much sense to me.

Temporary locks because you have too much money or too little money or didn't unlock omen islands are temporary. I'm really not at ease with penalizing people who've been here a while, especially when the quest gives out quest points
If there is a permanent lock on Sarah after X months, that's up to 153 quest points a day lost.
Temporary conditions are fine. Permanent, time-based conditions are not fair.
"Sarah is a quest for starting players with above-average rewards to help new users get used to questing, and give them spending sP!"
why does someone who has been here awhile need this. maybe let's just have a solid limit on these, you can only do them for x amount of days.

But no to the idea of limiting Sarah to new players. That's not fair to users that quit and later decide to come back; they're starting over with nothing and Sarah will help them until they get up to Saggi snuff.
Pretty much why I'm not fond of a permanent lock on well, any part of the site.
I mean, the Omen Islands plot had a lock for Islanders who didn't throw their daisy to the sea, by locking them out of Port Plunder, and that was stupid enough.
While keeping Sarah as it, or following my suggestion might cause users to shift SP from one to another to do Sarah, I fear that a temporal lock on Sarah would cause some people to create multis, and self-freeze them as soon as they can't do Sarah anymore.
if this change drives people to cheat, let it happen so we can rid the site of the cheaters. these things are probably not that hard to trace

Actually the 750k thing has been a thorn in my side for years and years. It's so hard to even relate to friends who just joined the site, why 750k is considered "elite" for quest givers but on any given day you can earn MORE than that with very little effort.
Love these suggestions! I really think these quests need some retooling, and this seems like a step in the right direction.

Honestly, all I want is to have Sarah's quests more mainstream and less elitist than they are now. 500K really is a small amount of money. At this point, I'd be okay with just removing the term "newbie" from her quests and just refer her as Starter Quest. You're only a newbie once, but you can re-start multiple times.
I don't think I ever made more than 150K-200K from her in a day, so she isn't as gamebreaking as people think she is
I expected more of an uproar when I suggested Saggi to be adjusted to account inflation, but I still feel good about that. 750K really isn't rich, or upper class. I can't even pay 100 CSC with that
Oh better idea possibly to combat people double dipping: Sarah and Saggi have linked quest count so you can't do both in one day. If you do 1 for Sarah, it'll show up as 1/10 on Saggi, and vice versa.
Wouldn't work with the proposed suggestion, as Saggi would remain at a static 15/10 while Sarah is scaled.
So, if someone was at like, close to 10M but started the day under it, they could do five Sarah, and then, ten Saggi because they would be at 5/15
Why are you so obsessed with nerfing Sarah who gives out less profit in 15 quests than Saggi does in less than five? Sarah is one of the questgivers that give the less SP.
I totally agree the numbers for these quests need to be adjusted. I think the only time I was able to do Sarah's quests since she was released was when I gave all my sP to a friend to get the achievements. I'm pretty sure I never had less than a million after that.
Although I think it should be related to how much sP you have in total like it's now, not on hand. That way it's not that easy to switch between Saggi and Sarah and do them both the same day.
