Hello! I took a ticket and was referred here to the problems and bugs section.

My GA has run out and my loyalty totem won't give me a new pet slot. I already have 20 pets and the totem won't allow me to create a 21st pet slot. A pet slot totem used to only be redeemable with a GA but that has recently been changed to be redeemable whether you have a GA or not as I understand it.

I am going to move this to the item issues subforum. This is weird though because before, you could use the totem itself without a GA you just couldn't fill it until you had a GA. So it isn't even letting you use it now? Does it give you an error when you try to redeem it?

No error comes up. It's weird. I tried redeeming it from the loyalty box again and received the totem and now have the extra slot!
