Filled Achievements?

A couple of the achievements are not marked as being filled (they're still red) but are marked as 5/1, 10/5, etc. What's up with this?

If you check the bug threads, probably under site functionality, there should be a thread about achievement bugs. I can't keep up with what's been fixed, what's broken now, and when/if you should submit a ticket.
