Soo. Obligatory "I'm new!" topic. I actually joined a little while ago but felt a bit overwhelmed and confused, so didn't really get into Subeta. I play Neopets, I'm pretty active on there still but figured I'd see what's out there.

Anyway, about me. I work in an incredibly boring job, so boring that I sit on pet sites playing games (yet still manage to get all my work done :P). I'm a huge sci-fi fan, love to read, I speak Japanese, like painting and uhhh...some other stuff haha. Nice to meet everyone. :)

Yeah, i know how confusing the site could be at first, so here's a rather helpful guide you can use. I'm open to any questions you want to ask so feel free to comment me on my profile, and i'll try my best to respond as fast as possible :) You can also ask users in the Shoutbox (if you have it on that is) and there is usually someone willing to answer questions from new users.

Though, if you're into clothing and dressing up your HA (Human Avatar), i'm not the one you should be asking for, i get confused when people start talking about layers and fashion lines and stuff, sorry! :(

HURRAH FOR BORING JOBS! 8D I spend all day in front of a computer, data encoding and stuff like that :P (But hey, we still get paid at least!) XD Not much of a sci-fi fan, though i absolutely adore reading too, especially thriller novels. ARE YOU JAPANESE? You should teach me someday, lol, i only know the basics like konnichiwa, hai, and gomen nasai. :P I'd loooove to see your paintings one day! I love art and seeing people's works :)

, thank you so much for the information! I'm trying to decide what I should get into. I used to do commissions and stuff way back when I was on Gaia, so that interests me, but I'm not sure if I have the time to keep up with that. I do art for my pets on Neo sometimes but it takes me a month or so to finish one piece haha.

I am not Japanese! But I have been studying it for a long time and the company I work at is Japanese, most of my coworkers are. I also teach Japanese on a volunteer basis so I don't mind answering some questions or teaching a little. :)

Hello! :) There are still things I like about Neo, but they have a lot to fix. :/ I'm not sure if I'll eventually use this to replace it or if I'll sort of play both. We'll see, so far everyone here seems very nice though. :)

Yeah, the Sub community is great! If you have any questions, it's super easy to find someone who knows the answer, so don't be afraid to ask.

: i'd love to see one of your arts someday, if you don't mind :) And you can do lots of things here, like art commissions, requests, writing stories, roleplaying etc.! you just need to find something that you enjoy the most :) If you're into CSS/Html, you can also make awesome pet layouts/profiles and share others interests XD

And great! My japanese is really quite rusty and almost non-existent now, but i'll look you up if i need to learn it again ;)

, sorry for not replying sooner! Things are going pretty good so far. :) I opened a free art board so you can probably find that to see some of my art (taking a bit of a break right now though and maybe trying to start commissions).
