Well.. I was thinking that it would be nice if we could make our HA more personal and with some kind of statements. So I would like to know first if it's possible to make it happen to add few types of comics bubbles and then let us write whatever we want there (with some limits and stuff) and then it'll show above our HA's head or something.

Second, how is it sounds to you all? is it needed? will you use it? any feedback is welcome :)

To be honest, I would not use it. I barely use the "status" feature.

If you want to make your HA express your statements there are still items like: "Hey today I'm " or "Today I'm feeling like ".

I just think it will mean another clothing item on the site. And if not a clothing thing : I guess it'd be complicated to code. The beta wardrobe is already kinda glitchy if you change skins/bases/outfits/buy layers so I can't imagine them adding a feature with statements.

Isn't that basically why we have the status feature?

I could see it being easily abused with swear words or whatever and people who block that stuff wouldn't be able to block those bubbles. Staff couldn't really monitor them either, they'd have to individually approve each one.

that would be the same for images posted on forums, and any "bad words" in images posted on the forums are against the rules. so I don't see how this is any harder to enforce

Honestly, the first thing I thought of with this suggestion was actually the tattoo parlor and I'm all for that getting figured out how to work again. As others have said, though, as is I would not really enjoy this feature. We have the statuses for that and if you're on the forums you can maybe change your signature if you want. And I'm not sure how much work it would take, but I feel like if you didn't want it to be through items as that would basically be CWs, it'd have to be done by adding an additional layer on the beta wardrobe and I don't want layers for non-necessity things not pertaining to the HA itself.
