I am fairly new to this site, but seeing as no one answered yet, I´ll say how I understand it works, and then someone can come correct me.

To get your HA to look like you in those pictures, you would have to submit wig, eyes, clothes and make-up desings. The price to submit those is specified in the Custom wearables page, since it´s the official subeta price. So if you can draw it yourself, the price to pay in csc would be just that, and then it would have to be approved (I think?) by subeta.

If you were not so much of an artist, you would comission someone to make the drawing and pay them, and then I guess you would still have to pay subeta to turn those drawings into actual items, and you would keep them (I think they give you several copies of each item)

Again, I am not sure, but that´s how I believe it works

@ nes-blue Heya! Slerian got it pretty close, but I figured I'd fill in some gaps and what not. I've been attempting to get into the CW scene for a few months.

Submission prices for various item types can be found - > Here (This is what you pay to actually get the item on site) At this time, you cannot submit a mouth/ lipstick as a custom wearable, but you could do the eye make-up as long as it works with several on-site eyes. The outfit would probably have to be broken up into several pieces (shirt, pants, arm pieces, and shoes.) Depending on what you actually want done.

The prices for CW comissions change with each artist, though many artists will only take CSC or USD. I can't give you a very good rough estimate since prices do vary, but I can hazard a guess that most of these items are going to be at least 1000 CSC (about 10 USD) each just to be drawn.

Please feel free to message me with any questions, I'm also open to commissions though I am new to the CW market.

[-blue] To get your HA to look like that, yes you would commission an artist (unless you can draw items yourself then you would do it). Depending on the artist and size of the pieces, it would determine the commission cost (based on the photos, I would say roughly the cost would be about $100 usd give or take (more for csc) to commission the makeup, the top and bottom of outfit, hairstyle).

Now AFTER all that is done, you can release them in different ways. You can either release through slotting. You post the items, name, description, slot price and how many batches you are releasing. This will help covering the cost of getting the item on site and if real popular of an item, help with recovering some of the money spent on commission. You can also release directly to shop. Which has a set cost in submission to subeta that you pay in csc (usually runs about 1400-1600csc) to do this. You would get a copy of the item place in your inventory and the rest would go in your CW shop. (someone else would need to answer if you HAVE to actually sell them at this point or if you can keep them locked and never sell another copy. I am not 100% sure on this).

Hope that helps some. And good luck finding an artist if you are still interested in getting the items made :)

to answer your question about submitting direct to shop, you do not have to actually put them up for sale. you can simply set the quantity to "0" and none will show up in your shop, but you still get your own copy.

Thank you. I submitted something directly myself, but I hadn't ever played with it to see if I could just not sell one. I just left it open cus it wasn't a big deal :)
