There are a few on the user shops but I really don't want to buy them at the price. The lowest is 40 mil. Can someone help me?

The problem with trying to get a cheaper angelic potion is that the only way for someone to get it, other than trading or being gifted, is to purchase it with CSC. It's also a sought after item. It's not going to be that much lower than 40 million because of those two reasons. It'll be cheaper and easier for you to slowly buy the CSC a little at a time as you can afford it, then buy the angelic potion. If you are adamant about purchasing it with sPs, expect to pay no less than 35 million for it.

I am willing to pay 35 million. Just not wanting to really pay 40mil
