For all the Hunger Games fans out there! I personally made and potioned Effie Trinket but now I'm really at a loss as to what to do with her. After a long time I decided that I work better with OCs and that there are probably some great people out there who would do her great justice. Interested?

Please post a bit about what you would like to do with her - I truly want her to go to someone who would create a pet profile, treasure chest, minion, and so on. All the things I intended to do but never managed. So yeah, just a brief summation of why you would like her and what you would like to do with her would be fine. Species and colour changing is totally welcome, so don't be afraid to change her up!
