Soooooo, I just got here after leaving neopets (the same story for a lot of people here, judging from other people's introductions), so I'm still trying to figure out how the site works. I'm feeling like a monkey trying to solve a rubik's cube, but I'm slowly figuring things out. So far, subeta seems like a really nice place, so I think it'll be my new home.

A few things about me: I'm female, I like classic movies, horror movies, and bad movies (think Foodfight, The Room, or The Gingerdead Man), classic rock (Led Zeppelin and Queen) and alt rock (Radiohead and The Strokes), classical music and opera, writing and drawing, comics, and I collect mugs. Subeta is a lot like Neo in some ways, and a lot different in others (artwork. less censorship. CLOTHES.) and as a fellow ex-Neo player (though I came here a few years ago), I can say that I am much happier here. :) Here's to you feeling the same way.

ALSO. THE STROKES. HOLY CRAP. YES. I got into them a few months ago. I'm weird and take like two months to listen to each album (in order of release), and I'm still on Angles. But holy shit.

Yeah, The Gingerdead Man is great. Another good one is Barn of the Blood Llama, a movie about evil, genetically engineered llamas that spit acid. Except for the baby llamas, who spit fire, for some reason.
