I'm a bit biased toward the Nightmare Tigrean XD
well my personal favorite is the glade feli, and if you're going to use the loyalty box for the color then i would recommend either the glade feli or the nightmare tigrean, as those are the two most expensive potions of the colors listed.
Storm and glade happen to be my two favorite colors. :) But the nightmare tigrean is also very cool

The Feli is darling!! Although Storm pets are pretty great c:
I love Nightmare pets, so I'd go with 3), but I really like the Storm Montre's pose and the Storm color scheme in general.
Did you have any backstory or character in mind for this new pet? It might help with choosing a color. :)
My vote for the Storm Archan of course. points at Hurricane
