I've been discussing this with a friend of mine and well it seems fair to make a topic about it.
Ever since the change to the Apothecary the restocking of Dark Element Potions has been rather slim. Sure there's been a few here and there you gotta be lucky to snag them though. I get it, they are one use items, they are supposed to be a limited stock we're not supposed to rely heavily on them but a lot of battlers do.
My suggestions are as follows:
Keep all dark element potions in permanent stock. But set the price so that it's an sP sink. Like have the potions remain in stock but put them at 1-2k. Or whatever seems fair. Granted they have always been under 500sP (minus Dark life and Dark death but a change in price for those can be added if needed.)
Or if you don't want to go down that route.. fine. Maybe have just the potions restock a little more often or have a higher restock amount each turn (say 10-15 per item) the elixirs and everything else can just restock normally.
They are in stock often enough that I've got a huge stash, so it doesn't seem a big problem to me. This smells like it was a few years ago when Battlefolk simply thought people should restock them and sell them dirt cheap for less than labor as a service to their precious selves instead of doing the work themselves if they were so cheap. If you want them they are there, I see them.
Plan ahead. If some users are using them so constantly that they can't plan ahead, then what's happening now is a good thing.
Maybe their price needs to go up enough so others can have a shot at them instead? This way it'll also be an sP sink.
I actually take offense to what you said. Not all battlers are elitist and think that everyone else should serve them, and most battlers aren't as lazy as you perhaps think they are.
another option would be to request their rarity be lowered so they stock more often (since to my knowledge that's how the new RS system works). just a thought.
essentially option 2?
yeah, I think this would be the best route at first, and if it doesn't work as intended then maybe something else can happen.
omg yea my bad. sorry. i overlooked it cause i jumped straight to that one guys comment about battlers.
