This is the 3rd time this week I haven't received what I should have. I didn't take note the previous 2 times so I have no idea exactly how short changed I was, but tonight I did take note. I have 12 pets, 11 of whom earn 5K per day. My active earns 27,500 per day so my total should be 82,500 sP. I went into the Job Agency with 1,655,780 on hand and after collecting all salaries (twice!) I now have 1,700,780 for an even 45,000 profit. That alone is skewered since one earns 27,500. My 'brilliant scientific method' for keeping track was to leave the tab from bird watching open and move immediately into a new tab for Job Agency. I didn't go anywhere else and spend some points in between. Anyone have any idea what is happening?

I just collected all my salaries and received exactly 74k, which is what my pets make. I haven't noticed anything weird.

Hey how are you?! I've never had a prob collecting salaries until about a week ago and all my pets have been employed for years. I've recently switched from Firefox to Chrome but I don't see how that could affect it. I loved FF but it became corrupted and my husband deleted it so I'm just trying to 'make do'.

- I can't see the browser change being a factor unless it's serving you an offline version of the page that isn't actually communicating with Subeta's servers? All I can suggest is that you take the time to make sure each page is loading fully, and keep an eye on it for a few days if you're still concerned you're not getting your full salary.

Salaries are always the last thing I do in dailies before moving onto quests and the way I've always collected is to click on the pet's 'collect' and then when that page loads I hit the backspace key and go onto the next pet, right down the line. I've never had a problem before. I really loathe those glitches that only affect some and not all. Makes you wonder where they're coming from.

Actually this same thing happens to me as well. It tells me one of my pets got '124k' and all I get is around 5k in return. This actually started happening to me some time last year. But I never reported or did anything because I wasn't active at the time and thought nothing of it. Figured maybe there was a limit set to the salary or something. or perhaps it'd get fixed over time.... I'm active again and it's still doing it.

I have an active ticket that will probably be closed tomorrow. The UA who's been helping me is one of the best so I lucked out on that one, but there's nothing she can do although she is going to speak to department head again. My logs show I collected all salaries, even though I did NOT. This is not something she has taken lightly and she's been asking quite a few questions to try and figure this out for me. When I collected my salaries I always keyed the backspace to return to the agency. My UA asked me not to do that but to click to return to my pet's employment and click again to return to the agency. A lot of times when I tried to collect salaries I'd get the error beast telling me I had already collected and as it turns out those were the salaries I did not collect. (I'm assuming you've heard of the 'single click registering as 2 clicks' glitch so many of us are experiencing. If you haven't, ping me again and I'll explain it properly). This glitch is what's causing it. Last night I got the beast again but since I'm no longer keying the backspace I still collected that salary successfully. To me that's huge. It doesn't really matter if I don't get my 37,500 sP's since I now have a way to get past the glitch. I have to ask you...what job pays 124K? I thought the top salary was 30K for the top level at the Sai.

are you sure that isn't your cumulative pay that you're looking at? I also believe 30k is the top pay from any one job.

I'll have to try that tomorrow and see if it works. I don't click the return to agency button either I usually just click and do something elsewhere because I really only collect money from that one pet. Also no, he only makes 5,000 for a salary but when I was away for a day or two and when I went to collect it (which was around the time of that post) He was apparently receiving that much collectively for the day. and I saw probably around just 5k of it. sorry I worded it very wrong I was a tad tired.
