I don't remember the Wizard ever asking me for items with a rarity of "rare" before. I thought he only asked for items up to "normal" rarity. Am I just losing my mind or is this a new, unannounced change?

I'm pretty sure he's only supposed to go up to "normal" and mostly asks for even lower than that. I haven't seen anything about the wiz in bugs or any of the announcement, but I do know they've been messing around with what prizes they give out, shop restock formulas. Library quests have definitely changed what they ask for. So its possibly that in messing around with the program a glitch was introduced.

I did all the wiz quests today and he didn't ask for anything unusual.

I wouldn't worry about it too much unless it happens again. And I'll certainly pay more attention when I do those quests tomorrow.

He asked me some expensive items (like... 80k) before the event start, but I didn't notice the rarity. It could be rare x_x

I keep a record of what he asks me for each day. Of course, I delete it for the next day, which I may change after this. I had two Wizard quests today where he asked me for rare items.

Quest - He asked for a mundane (26) and rare (67) Quest - He asked for a rare (75) and normal (51)
