Fatal Error in Smail Reply and now in Create Topic

I got this message once while trying to reply to an smail, but it didn't come back. Now it comes up every time I try to create a topic in our private rp-planning forum! I included the message below. And now, going back to the forum, it created multiples of my topic!

I'm getting this same (or really similar looking) fatal error message when I try to send an item to a friend, or post a comment on their page.

Oh, that´s great! I saw you tried to create a second thread yet with errors, too?
Yes, it kept giving me the error message but when I went to the forum there were multiples of my post! =.='
Hopefully, stuff sees this pretty quickly, it´s hard to work when we can´t communicate there, LOL
ditto to this error..
Plus my forum posts aren't showing up now either, and it says I can't post twice in a row..so I know they went through. Also my Group Pings aren't working :(

Same here no reply to friend messages I first noticed it when I was trying to stick a sticker -_-
got this one while responding to a comment...I got an alert I got a comment, but nothing showed up.
