So... today, every quest Alexander sets me on has included a book plus jewelry from All That Glitters.

First it was:

Every quest after has been a book + a piece of jewelry.

Most of the jewelry is (relatively) inexpensive in user shops, but it's weird because... it's Alexander. In Library Quests.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I wondered about this as well. Last time I did his quests (which was on Monday before my vacation that I just got back from), he was all normal, but today, he's just being odd...

I did a couple of his quests today, but had to turn down most of them because they were too expensive. He's asking for more expensive items but only paying out the same amount.

I just came here to see if anyone was having this...issue? Adventure? Occurrence?! Everything he has asked me for is emerald...which is my birthstone!

I had to turn down a lot of the quests too. I hope it evens out.

Well, after posting this I got one aquamarine item then right back to emerald!

Maybe he... didn't get enough emerald from other questers? Or something?

Maybe, but he didn't get them from me either because they were expensive and that punk book jockey never returns properly on my precious investments!

I am not doing his quests today it does not work out with items given and what you get back really wish this would stop with the jewellery.

I completely agree :/ He's asked me for a the first 3 quests in a row and there aren't even any in shops :/

I really like doing his quests as I sometimes get books that my pet Yuanzhi has not read he is getting as expensive as Saggi

well I'm definitely not doing them on days when all that glitters is at the mystery box :/ And yeah, he's getting expensive all on his own with just the books

I noticed it too. Just finished and he asked me for Natural Print Fabric FOUR times then the last time he wanted the walnut fabric. Wonder what he's making?
