I have all the pieces of the Treasure Map -9 but game is telling me I do not have number eight. So frustrated Help!

There's two different maps. Do you have all the pieces for the same map?

Are treasure maps don't unlock new areas like the Uncharted map right? Do they just give you random items? Are they worth buying?

I can't remember what I got but I don't think it was something extremely wonderful. But you do want to put the map together because it's one of the requirements to enter the blue building.
