Sorry if this has been made recently, if it has I didn't see it.

Recently I have been having to refresh to see what events I have. It used to be as soon as I got an alert it would show up on the page itself and let me known, but that's not the case now. It's causing me to miss out on pings among other things until I go to another page and then happen to see that the number went up.

I'm using Firefox 37.0.2 on Windows 8.1

[edit] So apparently it's because I've not allowed pusher.com with noscript. I refuse to do so, it's the cause of lag and thus I find it pointless. Guess I'll just remind myself to refresh pages more often.

I've been experiencing this for a long time. But it's actually really hit or miss. Sometimes I'll see the event bubble happen but often if I'm sitting on a page like the old wardrobe, working on an outfit, and clearly looking at the page itself to be doing so, I don't see the event bubble come up but when I navigate away I'll find that I have several new events/pings that I never saw happen.

Certain events work but I think that forum pings don't. I never get my little red tab alert when there is a TS restock or when someone comments on one of my forum threads.

never paid attention to the type of event but I'm beginning to think that it is indeed just forum pings that do this. Maybe it's the same issue that causes all group pings to say "1 hour ago" on the timestamp despite having just pinged seconds ago.

For me it's all events. I just checked by getting a scratchcard and I didn't get the event for it until I refreshed the page. Those are only 5 minutes so I definitely should've gotten that one.
