Drop-down menus still don't work in certain areas!

I made a post about this ages ago and the issue still stands - when you mouse-over the tabs at the top there are certain areas on the site where they get overlapped by others. This is found most particularly in places like the Forum Shop, the CS, Quest Shop, Seasonal Shops, Go Outside, MC or any page that has that border-and-tab like format to it. The drop-down menus get overlapped by the page formatting instead of appearing over top of the page formatting so that it's usable. It either enables you to click on particular links or if you try to go to the link that is being overlapped, the menu just disappears after a moment making you unable to click on the link.
Below are thumbnails of four different examples. Please ignore the less than professional quality of the third and fourth screenies once you click on them. The third one is from the Quest Shop, but as 4 different tabs overlapped, I had to piece the images together as well as I could into one image instead of there being 4 separate ones of the same thing. I'm no great shakes at Photoshop as of yet. Same holds true for screenie 4. However, all 5 tabs were in question. Hopefully, though, you'll get the idea:

This has been going on since the formatting got changed. I hope this gets fixed soon as it's horribly inconvenient. I'm just grateful the Shop Search issue was fixed a good while ago.
This happens in all areas of the Cash Shop. I just chose one.
