Hi there! I'm new to subeta (came over from another pet site) and I'm liking it pretty well so far!
A little introduction: I like a lot of stuff; superheroes, manga, webcomics, anime, comics, video games, and toys. I'm of adult age (barely) but I still kinda act like a kid. I'm working on becoming a mangaka (my dream :D ). I like receiving and giving recomendations but am kinda picky because I like my stuff really clean.
Now for my questions: firstly I kinda had trouble changing my hair, I could change the color but not the style.
Secondly I just won an adorable little merdra! I definitely don't want to feed it to my pet but I'm not sure what else I can do with it.

many minions also happen to be edible. "give to" is to give it to your pet to use as a minion (this will keep your pet happy) "use with" means to eat it.
To change a basic free hairstyle you can go to original Wardrobe-then select Avatar-dropdown. If this doesn't work you have used the Hair Salon and you need to click "back to normal please" first.
the food option is just "feed to" not "use with" use is more of a potion type option.
minions are like petpets, so you can attach it to your pet :)

Welcome! AND MARRY ME PLOX! lol I love everything you said but videogames, because since I get bored of them really quick I don't like spending money on them so much xD I always buy mcdonalds toys and some figures from the toy shop near me. Also collect Pokemon TCG and CDs.
You can also change your hair with a wig (item). There are plenty wigs around Subeta. You can see all of them by going to wardrobe, chosing "All items in Subeta" in a list box and clicking in the layer "Wig".

@ Ferinsy lol. Same here with the mcdonalds toys and I personally prefer Yu-gi-oh TCG (love the art) although I do have some pokemon cards to my name. Also, that is a nice spidey pic you got there! (he was my first hero)
Welcome to Subeta! As you can see, everyone is pretty friendly (and you already got a proposal :9) Have you worked out your hair problems yet? It's looking blue with a purple tone right now to me. Sometimes there is a cache delay with the wardrobe updating, so if it saves correctly in the wardrobe, but doesnt update site-wide, don't fret. It'll be updated soon :)

Thanks! Just got the hair figured out, I guess I was starting out wrong and I'll definitely be checking out those links! So once again thank you.
Also in case you weren't aware, you can drag and drop the order of items on the list in your wardrobe to 'layer' them, eg. right now the heel of your shoes is slightly covering your pant leg. If this is not intentional for how you want your outfit, you can drag the shoe layer below the pant layer, and ta-da! Fixed :)
