This was an issue in the past and it was mostly fixed. However, I don't think that the Secluded Shrine was brought up. I just made a scroll and my active pet, who has a custom overlay, came up as official art.

Yup, confirmed. Joseph Oda shows up for me as "normal" Bloodred Montre as well instead of a Custom. (:
