When I first started to customize my avatar I noticed it had no hair. I went to go to the store to buy hair, found some, bought it and it seemed fine. But when I checked my profile, my avatar was still bald. Please help. Thanks

Have you tried resaving your HA since you put the hair on it?

Yes. It didn't work and I can't even try the hair on.

What hair are you trying to use, and how are you doing it?

My friend who is also a new user is straight-up missing the hair layer entirely, which is what sounds like your problem is as well... that is why item hairs work but salon hairstyles do not. My hair layer is present so I'm not sure how this could have happened. It appears to me that it is a glitch only effecting new members. I've had him try everything I could think of but nothing has worked so far.

Suggestions I've made that did not seem to work included: Applying the hairstyle via old wardrobe hair salon Repeated attempt in the new wardrobe hair salon Relogging (logging out and then back in) Hard refresh (shift + F5)

[edit] I JUST NOTICED THAT YOU TWO HAVE SOMETHING IN COMMON, both you and Luigi signed up using inactive usernames that already existed. (the previous users with the same usernames had a line of numbers added to the end of theirs) This may or may not be relevant, but it is a clue I feel is worth pointing out!
